Valentine’s Day Giveaway – Terms & Conditions
Promoter
The promoter is Lily N Roses (“Promoter”).
Competition Period
The competition opens upon promotion and closes at 11:59pm (AEST) on Wednesday 11 February (“Competition Period”).
Eligibility
Entry is open to Australian residents aged 18 years or over. Employees of the Promoter and their immediate families are not eligible to enter.
How to Enter
To receive entries into the competition, eligible entrants must, during the Competition Period:

Place a Valentine’s Day order with Lily N Roses; and

Follow Lily N Roses on Instagram or Facebook.
Entrants will receive one (1) entry for every $50 spent in a single or multiple transactions during the Competition Period.
Entry Limits
There is no limit on the number of entries an individual may receive, provided each entry is earned in accordance with these Terms & Conditions.
Prize
One (1) winner will receive a Valentine’s Dinner for Two at August Restaurant West End, valued at $280.
The prize includes:

A set shared-style menu for two

Reservation time: 7:30pm on Saturday 14 February

Venue: August Restaurant, 19 Dornoch Terrace, West End QLD 4101
Drinks are not included and will be charged on consumption.
Dietary requirements can be catered for by the venue and must be communicated directly by the winner.
The prize is not transferable, exchangeable or redeemable for cash.
Draw Details
The winner will be drawn at random on Thursday 13 February at the Promoter’s place of business.
Winner Notification & Publication
The winner will be contacted by email using the contact details provided at the time of order. The winner’s first name and last initial may be announced on Lily N Roses’ social media pages.
If the winner cannot be contacted within 48 hours, the Promoter reserves the right to redraw the prize.
Verification
The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and entrants, including proof of purchase and social media follow status.
Privacy
Personal information collected will be used solely for the purpose of administering this competition and in accordance with the Promoter’s Privacy Policy.
Liability
Except for any liability that cannot be excluded by law, the Promoter is not responsible for any loss, damage or injury suffered by any entrant or winner arising from participation in this competition or acceptance of the prize.

General
The Promoter reserves the right to amend, suspend or cancel the competition if circumstances arise outside its reasonable control.
